Returns

Returns for item(s) are processed and accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Returns have to be shipped to us by you. We will not accept returns sent using cash on delivery.
All returns have to be packed appropriately so that they are delivered in undamaged, usable and saleable condition.
If you return part of the products of the same order, the amount to be returned will be calculated considering the price of the products acquired at the end, not the total products of the original order.
In all cases return shipping / courier costs have to borne by you.
To be eligible for a return, you must have a genuine reason that was not validated at the time of shopping by the information on the website pertaining to the product(s).
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
The item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items on sale or customized / personalized to your requirements are not eligible for exchange, returns & refunds unless under exceptional circumstances which can only be determined by company executives.

Once we receive the package and check its state, we will proceed to refund the price of the items returned by the same method by which the payment was made or by means of a discount voucher if you so choose.
Under no circumstances will the shipping / courier charges of the original order be refunded, nor a discount voucher be issued.
No refunds will be made for less than Rs. 2000.00. A discount voucher will be created that you can apply to your next purchase.
Please note that the discount voucher reimbursement will be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise and the refund on the account can take up to 14 days to be made.

Online orders of ready in stock products can be cancelled any time before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, nor can we stop its delivery or re-route the package.
Under no circumstances can a package rejected by customer at the time of delivery be entitled for a refund / discount voucher.
Customized / personalized / tailor-made orders cannot be cancelled, nor a discount voucher be issued.
