  • What is the nature of your business?
    We at Papyrus are into manufacture and retail of invitations, handmade paper bags, paper fold and hardboard boxes, trays, retail packaging, wedding and corporate stationery, conversion of paper into quality products. We customize products based on customers requirement pertaining to size, design, etc. We do not indulge in retail trade.
  • Whom do you cater to?
    We cater to individual home bakers, chocolatiers, clients who require packaging for other products such as soaps, giftables, etc, as well as event managers and institutional corporates.
  • Is there a minimum quantity, I have to order?
    We understand that our first time customers would want to check the quality of our products before trusting us with their regular orders. Keeping this in mind, we have set the minimum quantity in retail packaging as 5-10pcs per product from our ready stock. However, if you have a specific design with customization, the minimum quantity is of 50pcs for paper fold boxes/pouches whereas for hardboard boxes the minimum ranges from 0-5/10pcs depending on the layout and design of the box.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can head to the SHOP section on our website and add products to your cart, to buy from our ready products. Alternatively, please whatsapp your requirement to 9885475185 or email ujwal.giri@gmail.com with your delivery address and pin code. We shall check the stock and let you know the total amount including courier charges, upon payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched.
  • I want my brand details to be printed on the box, can this be done?
    Yes, we can print your brand details on boxes for a minimum quantity of 50pcs for paper fold boxes. For details on hardboard boxes, kindly get in touch with us.
  • I require a specific size/design for my boxes, can it be made?
    Yes, we can cater to your specifications and a sample box can be made for your approval. The sample charges paid by you shall be adjusted towards the final order.
  • How can I order for invitations?
    We design the invitation based on your inputs, during the one on one at our store. You can select from a wide range of designs, layout of cards or if you have a design in mind, we can work on that too. A proofing for the entire card is done for your approval before final making/printing. We don't stock readymade invites.
  • How much time does it take to dispatch my order after I have placed it?
    Online orders for in stock products received before 12 noon are dispatched on the same day. If it's a non-working day, then orders are dispatched on the next working day.
  • How do you calculate the courier charges for an order?
    Courier charges depend on the weight of the package, delivery location and speed of delivery. It usually ranges from 2-4 days and 5-7 days for delivery to cities pan India. When you have ordered for hardboard boxes or trays, the weight is calculated based on volume of the package. For eg: the weight of the box may be 500 gms but because of its volume, you will be charged for 1.5 kgs. By default all couriers will be sent by surface transport using India post and not by air.
  • Some boxes are not in stock, how do I order for those?
    Please let us know the boxes you require by sending a whatsapp to 9885475185 or email ujwal.giri@gmail.com, we shall let you know the lead time for the same.
  • What forms of payment do you accept? Is COD available?
    You may choose to pay for your order in any of the following forms: On our website using any of the available payment methods. Online deposit/transfer to bank account (we shall send you the details). By Cash at out Store during pickup. Currently, we don't accept Cash on Delivery for online orders.
  • What is your policy regarding damaged couriers?
    While utmost care is taken to pack all items using quality packing materials, there may be instances where the courier due to mishandling may damage the parcel. In this case, please send us a pic of the damaged box so we can investigate the same with the courier. The amount for the damaged box will either be refunded or adjusted towards subsequent orders or a replacement will be sent but this is done on a case by case basis.
